Run 5k was released in 2009 under the name Couch to 5k. In 2011, we changed the name to Run 5k. The app has turned thousands of people of all ages into runners using a simple 3-days-a-week training program. Run 5k has been featured on CNN, Boston.com's Lifestyle section, and Health magazine.
